As mentioned elsewhere, we are an eclectic group and are comprised of a number of people from education, medical, IT, accounting and care backgrounds and are prepared to cover and discuss what can be  tough and challenging questions. It is fair to say that, In general, we can say that we have an evangelical perspective towards our beliefs.

WARNING!!
The Church of England as a body seem to retain a whole conglomeration of beliefs about the bible and doctrine from the clergy to the pew and yet still seemed to have hung together, probably because of the differences between the style and characteristics of individual churches and a person can find a church that suits 'them'. There have been recent controversial decisions that may yet cause a fracture over time. It is likely that this website will veer in a particular direction because of the make up of the membership.  Therefore the content of this site may or may not represent the official policies and belief of the Church of England and we make no apology for that: it should however express fairly conservative (little 'c') Christian views which may be at odds with recent trends.

Bear in mind also that the views expressed here may not be the views of every member of the house group.
